conduco labs is entering the games development sector
The Vreden-based AI and digital company conduco labs will in future be developing its own games and releasing them under the conduco games label. The first title is conduco space:mission, an arcade flight game featuring Commander Con. It is due to be released in 2027 for PC, Mac, iOS, Android and consoles.

From escape room to game
Another project has paved the way for this: conduco space:escape, a walk-in escape room in which generative AI plays a role. Light, sound and interaction are controlled there by VectorStories, the storytelling engine from conduco labs. At Aufwind 2026, the business fair in Vreden, over 450 people completed the escape room over the course of two days. The WDR has reported on this. *conduco space:mission* is set in the same universe.
We want to build immersive worlds, and games are one of the most important platforms for doing so. Whilst working on conduco space:escape, we realised that we have the team and the expertise to tell our stories digitally as well. That is why we are now developing our own games. conduco space:mission is our first title, with more to follow.
Dodge, gather, fly on
In *conduco space:mission*, Commander Con, commander of the E.S.S. CONDUCO, collects stardust in a dense asteroid field. Players steer him through three lanes at three different heights, dodging the asteroids. The further Con flies, the faster he goes and the closer the asteroids get to one another. The game can be played solo, in pairs on a single screen, or in an online duel. Meanwhile, a solar storm is brewing.
The game is aimed at families. There are no depictions of violence, and when a flight comes to an end, a small rescue drone called Commander Con brings the player back safely using a tractor beam. The main game is a one-off purchase: no loot boxes, no in-game currency to buy, and no hidden incentives to spend.
