Sovereignty: practised rather than preached.
Many people talk about digital independence. We’ve restructured our own company: over 98 per cent of our infrastructure runs on European providers. And that figure is rising. We’re putting what we’ve learnt into practice for you.
Why we mean this seriously.
Anyone who places their systems, data and tools entirely in the hands of non-European providers makes themselves dependent – on pricing decisions, product discontinuations and a legal landscape that changes faster than contracts can keep up with. For businesses, this is a risk. For public authorities holding citizens’ data, it is a problem.
Our response is not ideology, but architecture: European infrastructure as the standard, open standards to prevent lock-ins, and control that remains with you, both contractually and technically.
Our own refurbishment – in practice.
We have migrated our infrastructure step by step: hosting and operations on European servers; self-hosted tools for the cloud, collaboration and analytics instead of non-European SaaS; and European AI models where they are technically appropriate. Not because it was easy – but because we don’t recommend anything to our clients that we don’t practise ourselves.
This website is proof of that: an open-source CMS, hosted on European infrastructure, self-hosted analytics, and no third-party marketing cookies.
Sovereignty that you can sign up to.
The GDPR in practice, not just in theory. We provide data processing agreements, technical and organisational measures, and input for the record of processing activities, all ready for signing.
AI Regulation included. We are implementing the requirements of the European AI Regulation – right down to the transparent labelling of AI-generated content.
No lock-ins. Open standards, exportable data, documented systems. You’re free to leave at any time – and that’s exactly why our customers stay.

Where sovereignty reaches its limits.
Complete transparency: There are cases where a non-European service is still the best solution today. When that is the case, we say so openly, identify the risk and build the migration path in straight away. For us, sovereignty is a direction we are consistently pursuing – not a dogma that hinders your ability to work.
