Agencies build what’s in the briefing. We ask what your business model needs – because we ask ourselves the same questions for our own products: What needs to be included in the MVP, and what can wait? Where is it worth having a clean architecture, and where is a pragmatic approach sufficient? And how do you get through the first thousand users without having to rebuild?

## How we work with you.

1. **Validate.** — A prototype rather than a requirements specification: we’ll make your idea testable as quickly as possible – with real users, not in a meeting room.
2. **Building.** — Your MVP in a matter of weeks, built on an architecture that scales without becoming overcomplicated. AI features are built in from the outset, wherever they can enhance your product.
3. **Grow.** — Scaling, new features, day-to-day operations – we’ll remain the technical team whilst you focus on sales.

## Whatever you may hear from us.

Sometimes the most honest advice is the most uncomfortable: that your idea is technically simpler than you thought. That an off-the-shelf tool will do the job where you’d planned to develop something in-house. Or that you don’t need us just yet. It is precisely this honesty that makes us the right partner for when you do need us.
